We want your shopping experience with us to be smooth and perfect. So, we have chosen the most reliable, safest, and fastest shipping methods for each product on our site.

ORDERING: You may place your orders by calling  between 8:00 am to 9:00 pm through Monday to Friday. Also, you can send us an email at info@islandhandcraft.com. Our sales representative will contact you soon.
NOTE THAT: You don’t have to include your credit card or other payment information in your email.

Exceptions You Should Be Aware Of:

Here are some exceptions that you should know about shopping at Island Handcraft:

  • We don’t process deliveries on weekends.
  • International shipping is one of our specialities. For ordering Island Handcraft products outside Indonesia, please write us an email at info@islandhandcraft.com to assist you with your order.

Shipping Details

We will send you an order confirmation email once you place your order. We begin preparing your order shortly after it is placed. When your order is ready for shipping, you’ll receive another email confirming your shipping and with a tracking number to track your order’s delivery.

Please make sure you provide a valid delivery address. Otherwise, we’ll face trouble delivering your order, and you’ll also have to wait for long periods to receive your desired item.

Inaccurate Address

Suppose you have provided an inaccurate delivery address during checkout. Email us at info@islandhandcraft.com with the correct delivery address But, we’ll be able to make changes FREE of charge if only we haven’t shipped your order for delivery.

Unsuccessful deliveries due to the inaccurate delivery addresses return to our warehouse. We’ll contact you once your package comes back to reschedule your delivery timings, correct your delivery address, and discuss the re-delivery charges.

When Will I Receive My Delivery?

Your order will be processed immediately. Hence, we are unable to change or make modifications in the order once it has been confirmed.

Orders are subject to verification and approval before they are shipped. This process might take a few days.

Our standard delivery takes 5-7 business days. Moreover, we’ll notify you in advance via a notification. Our delivery partners will send you a link in advance through an SMS or email.

Normally, we deliver your orders between 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (Monday to Friday).


NOTE: Island Handcraft can’t be held responsible for conditions beyond control, such as inclement weather or service interruptions.
In case of an unlikely event of any delay, we’ll inform you before your delivery so that you check with your condo or property management and confirm that you can receive your deliveries during a certain timeframe.

Attention! If you need to update your delivery time, contact us via email or call us at our customer support number after placing your order. We’ll try our best to accommodate our delivery schedule as per your recommendations.

Free Shipping

All orders above $100 enjoy FREE deliveries Indonesia-wide. For orders below $100, the delivery charges are $10.

(These shipping rates do not apply to shipping OUTSIDE Indonesia. Some oversized items may require an additional shipping charge.)

With free shipping deliveries, you can rest assured that we won’t surprise you with any hidden charges or handling fees. The price you see on our site while placing your order is the price you pay.

Ensure that all goods are in good condition before you accept delivery.

When you receive a delivery, you acknowledge that all the goods in your package are NOT faulty or damaged. If you’ve received a damaged piece, take a photo of the damages and reach out to us by writing an email at info@islandhandcraft.com as soon as possible.

International Shipping

The timeframe of international shipping is longer than the domestic deliveries. You can enquire about your international shipping time frame here.

The shipping cost to an international destination does NOT include taxes, tariffs, and other customs charges. All these costs are the responsibility of the receiver.
