No, you don’t have to create an account at Island Handcraft’s official website before placing your order. However, when you place your order without creating an account, we will remember your payment information so you won’t have to enter it each time you place an order. Please note we never share your personal information with third parties. Therefore, your personal details are in safe hands.

ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

Once you confirm your order, we start working on making your delivery seamless right away. First, however, your order has to undergo a verification and approval procedure. It might take a few days.

Yes, you can. Please email us at info@islandhandcraft.com if you haven’t completed the payment process yet. Your email should include your order ID. If you have already completed your payment, you cannot cancel your order.

You can cancel or change your order as long as we have not dispatched your order. Please email us at info@islandhandcraft.com at your earliest convenience.
Yes. You can check your order’s status on your account’s page. We’ll keep updating your account’s page as soon as you are charged. And, later you’ll see an update once we have shipped your order.

DAMAGES AND RETURNS

We accept returns in the unlikely event of you receiving a damaged or incorrect product(s). (Terms and Conditions Apply)

We always make 100% sure that the item(s) we send you are in good condition. Therefore, we don’t refund money for damages. But, we still offer you an exchange service if the item you received is incorrect
We’ll exchange your products under the following conditions:

– Returned products must be in original conditions.
– You’ll bear the entire shipping fee (including the initial and return shipping costs).
– Notify us before attempting a return. We won’t accept unrequested returns.

Sadly, no. You’ll have to bear the charges of the returned shipping.

SHIPPING

We ship all over the world.
When we ship your order, you’ll receive a notification – either via email or SMS with a tracking number.
When checking out, if you entered the wrong shipping address, you can email us at info@isandhandcraft.com to change your shipping address as soon as possible. We’ll change your shipping destination free of cost if we haven’t shipped your order yet.
